I walked this morning before work, even in the rain. The walking is getting easier. I feel like I have a little more energy.
I felt actual hunger for breakfast. This is due to not being stuffed last night before bed. I did not eat all of the food in my lunchbox. I gave the dog half of my dinner. And today was stressful. I had a successful food day.

Hey good for you babe! That sounds wonderful...especially the walk in the morning...I am trying to be consistent about walking cos, it's now how much exercise you do, but the fact that you do it consistently, kinda get into a routine.
I'm stoked to hear that you have more energy now...hey Ness...take pix along the way...you don't have to compare now...too early...but maybe in a few months - to see how far you've come.

Yes, consistancy is the key in so many things.
